Here at Trelaske we are thrilled to have been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for the quality and consistent excellence of our homemade food and we very much look forward to welcoming you into our restaurant near to Looe & Polperro to taste chef owner Ross's delicious daily changing menu.

As one of currently 16 properties to have achived an AA 2 Rosette Award, here at Trelaske Hotel & Restaurant we take your culinary enjoyment very seriously. It’s for this reason we use and source only the very best for you.

We like our guests to enjoy as much as Cornwall has to offer and we tailor our menus to include lots of locally sourced, fresh and seasonal ingredients. Delicious dishes from a dinner menu that changes daily and priced for everyone to enjoy no matter which dish you choose (we're happy not to charge any supplements from our dinner menus in our restaurant).

As Looe is the only day fishing port in the country, firstly our guests can enjoy fresh fish caught the very same morning by our very own fisherman turned merchant Tim Alsop (He has also supplied Rick Stein and Nathan Outlaw!).

Plus,  only Cornish reared meat is used in our menus, many of which are rare local breeds giving a sublime depth of flavour whilst helping to support the local heritage from farms such as Kittows and Tamblyn's.

Trelaske grows many of its own fruit, vegetables and herbs on site in the two polytunnels and surrounding gardens and this along with artisan Cornish suppliers ensures the freshest produce from plough to plate.

All of this helps to minimize the impact on the environment whilst maximizing all that Cornwall has to offer in our carefully crafted menus which are imaginatively created, fresh and full of flavour - just for you.

The produce used in the Restaurant is bought in daily to ensure the quality and freshness. Therefore reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.
