It is our ethos to select and promote the freshest and most seasonal produce that flourishes within Cornwall. We support farmers that promote animal welfare and are mindful of the environment and our own carbon footprint.
Fish and shellfish are prominent with the daily catch from Looe providing the freshest fish available.Meat, game and poultry are sourced from award winning Cornish farms where the flavour of the meat reflects the natural lifestyle of the animals.
Two polytunnels within the grounds provide the hotel with a selection of fruit, vegetables and herbs for use in the menus thus reinforcing our fresh, local and seasonal values.
The wine list compliments the food, catering for all tastes and styles. An abundance of choice with numerous wines sold by the glass gives you the flexibility to experiment and explore. Knowledgeable staff are on hand to guide you through the list and are only too happy to make suggestions.
